Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original, brand-new condition (no wear, grass/dirt stains, odors, or customization).

Include original tags and packaging. Items missing tags or returned in damaged/incomplete packaging may be ineligible for refund.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box (no labels or tape on the shoe box).

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be included.
Packaging Guidelines
To protect your return and ensure eligibility:

Return all items with original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories.

Place shoe boxes inside an outer box for protection—returns with damaged/labeled shoe boxes may be rejected.

Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS or insured USPS) for your return.
How to Start a Return

If you don’t have an account, use the order lookup option with your email and order number.

Choose the items and select your reason for return.

Receive a Return Authorization

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship Your Return

Include the RMA number and authorization form in your package.

Damages and Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately via the Returns Portal or at custserv@shop.marcapersonal.com.

Defective items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
We cover return shipping costs for defective items or those sent in error.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return inspection and approval.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Returns: Refunds are based on the value of returned items, minus any applicable discounts.
Important: Refunds cannot be processed for transactions reported to your bank as fraudulent. Please contact us before initiating a dispute.
Exchanges

For faster processing, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

We’ll ship exchange orders back to you free of charge via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Warranty Policy
With proof of purchase, items with material/workmanship defects qualify for store credit:

0–30 days: 100% credit

31–60 days: 50% credit

61–90 days: 25% credit

Over 90 days: No credit

Wear and tear, misuse, and cosmetic issues (scuffs, fading, pilling, discoloration, etc.) are not considered defects unless they impact performance.

Extended manufacturer warranties will be honored when applicable.
